The other picture of the girl and guy I have no clue to what it's from. More than likely it's from a visual novel.
That's Grisaia no Rakuen, the exact picture is from visual novel, but it also has anime adaptation. (Visual novel is a bit better though, the anime tried to integrate most paths and endings into the show while not breaking the continuity, which doesnt work as well, but that's the case with most visual novel adaptations that aren't fully linear)
