UDA Nationals 2022 | Harvard Crimson Dance Team

- Dancing at UDA nationals for the first time was truly an unforgettable experience! I'm so thankful for the Harvard Crimson Dance Team (CDT) and all of my teammates. We prepared for nationals by training 8 hours a DAY for an entire week during J term (January term) at Harvard. Along with other athletes, we had to come to campus early for training. Harvard CDT always has this intense bootcamp to work on their routines before they go off to nationals in Orlando. Although bootcamp was very physically and mentally draining, we came so much closer together as teammates. We had a blast at nationals! And Disney World was so much fun! On Day 4 from 10 pm - 2 am, Magic Kingdom was open to exclusively dancers and cheerleaders who competed at UDA and UCA😎. Hope everyone enjoyed my first nationals vlog! GO HARVARD CDT and ROLL CRIM!
