Heard your comments about how we locals are tough on the town and sometimes negative. Took my mom and dad to see Barry Manilow last month, and they were so moved. Life long fans. Called it a "bucket list" event. We do forget that this town does change lives for the better sometimes!

Heard you talk about Tuscany on ANG last week Krack. I went 3 weeks ago to do the promo and got WAXED! did some deuces airport and some other video poker with no luck. Decided to play the $10 blackjack and I am not kidding you I lost 7 straight hands using perfect strategy. Good promo but I walked away beyond tilted! Good luck to anyone else

WSOP Defense: This is the only "sport/game" on earth that we can compete with the world's best. I can never know what it is like to play hoop with Lebron James, but I had last year's main event winner at my table, played with Barry Greenstein, Sami Farha, Alan Boston, and Dan Harrington THIS WEEK! Krack. What's the backers and players cut? 50%?
A main event. Player gets 30-40%.
16% is gross. And most of the smaller tournaments take even more. The vig is why I never bothered to try to become a good tournament player. I know some fields are a bit soft, but not THAT soft. Even if I have a 10% edge,, I am not going to make much on a $500 buy in event. I can make more than $50 a day working at Burger World.
