No matter what, you can still spam punch the enemies, your fists only deal one damage and spamming with a sword deals one damage, so you can kill it quicker by spamming with your fists if you don't have any weapons, I play a modded version of Minecraft, and I saw the health drops on the enemies when I was spam punching, a little something from a Minecraft player
