I am officially moved into my new house and I thought I would celebrate by starting a closet clean out series! This is the first of many videos like this :)

I'm 13 and as a insecure teenage girl I can say watching Spencer has taught me to love myself and my body. I have been watching her for about 2-3 years and every time I see her videos pop up on my fyp I'm reminded that I am beautiful and my body shouldn't justify whether I am or not. Thank you so much Spencer for being such an amazing person/role model.

Nobody ever talks about how being pale-skinned is a huge insecurity for girls including me. Every other girl around me is perfectly tan while I’m over here looking purple because you can see my veins. I only wear pants because of this.
Being pale is so beautiful, I never understand people who are insecure of being pale because it’s such a beautiful skin color and I’m not even saying this just to be nice pale skin is really pretty

I live in Hong Kong and being pale is considered to be more disreable and being tan is considered less disireable this is because in the olden days the rich were more pale as they stayed inside and the poor were tan because they had more manual labour jobs therfore pale represents being rich here never feel insecure because your “flaws” in one place are considerd beautiful in others

Spencer, I don't know if you're ever gonna read this, but I wanted to say what an inspiration you've been to me. I'm currently a 15 year old and I've been struggling with body image issues my whole life. I've been bullied, whether that be in person or over the internet about my body, and have been ashamed of my body my whole life. Watching your videos has been such an eye opening experience and you've helped me realize my worth and how amazing my body is. I just wanted to thank you for everything you've done for me within just a little bit of time and I love you so, so much. I do hope you see this, but I understand that you have your own life and other priorities.

That tiny deviation from what's often seen as 'perfect' apparently makes her really brave for still being confident and wearing revealing clothes. Shows both how little it takes to be seen as "brave/inspirational" and how impossible modern beauty standards are.

Just remember not eating, especially while you're still growing, will not give you the body type you want, and it will just make you more insecure. Not eating will just make your body go into survival mode, which is very, very bad for a girl your age. Please remember that you deserve to eat and love yourself too because if you don't, you're just gonna be so unhappy, and then what's the point in anything if you're not happy. Life is about so much more than this, and other people won't seriously actually single you out and judge you, and if they do, then they are f***ed up for judging someone by their appearance alone to what they think is beautiful. Don't care about other people's opinions and look for beauty in yourself in different ways. ❤❤
