Clearly illegal to use the pass if the handicappee tag owner is not in the vehicle. Family members use this dumb excuse all the time, still illegal, dummy.
They are all overreacting about the handicap parking. If I had a handicap sigh that wasn't mine , I would use it. Whats the problem? People are so sensitive these days
Because handicapped people actually need those spaces. They’re laid out so people in wheelchairs can get out of the cars, or people who have difficult walking can actually get to their destination. If you use those spots and you don’t need them, you’re taking away the possibility for someone who actually requires the space to go about their business. It’s completely wrong and I think they were under-reacting
@@AJ80 well he uses it in loving memory of his grandma - my grandparents have also passed but I don't let it be an excuse to be selfish and take spaces away from people who actually need it
