@JJ's Stuff Not the first battle, but if you spare him and visit his shop he'll guide you to unlock the secret boss battle against him. You also need to befriend hacker to find the place Spamton wants you to visit.
Honestly, I swear, this perfectly sums up chapter 2 in 1:06 minutes. Perfection. I could watch it a hundred times and never get bored.

Especially when the definition of freedom and concept what being free is in the game's world is particularly dark, and only by facing the "free" and win would they start piecing together what is destiny is really in store for Kris and... "Kris".
This video is just... perfect. Each person's character feels like it fits them while also feeling funny. I especially love Kris's little interaction with Annoying Dog and Ralsei's reaction to the whole insane scenario.

The original Deltaruined is not even that bad of an animation, but I still would say that this shows how much you have improved throughout the years in your skills quite a bit.
Edit: I am not saying that the original Deltaruined is bad, I am trying to say that the sequel improved on an already great animation!

That dog took me by surprise in my first playthrough of chapter 2 and gave me a hit of nostalgia I've never felt for a long time.

Ah yes, I love stepping the gas pedal on a self-moving boat and running someone over whilst getting chased by a dog on a pedal toy car just to obtain some potassium.
Truely a work of art
*As Kris hears Queen say "Watch out for that dog", he realizes about what happened last time.
*The player won't get away this time.
*The player makes him glance back at the dog, in which he spots it speeding after him.
*He has a quick flashback.
*He wasn't going to lose to a bone dog again.
*He snatches the control over the player and slams his iron shoe onto the acceleration pedal in an attempt to escape the nut-brained dog.
*Kris feels a burning power resonating from within his soul. It was what one of the most dangerous (and kind) humans had kept.
* D E T E R M I N A T I O N .
*Kris wasn't going to let a small dog kill him twice in a row just because it held on the acceleration pedal of it's small toy car.
*Ralsei was currently dying because of the heavy air resistance, however, Kris didn't feel anything.
*Ralsei points to the banana in front of Kris, when suddenly a hand rises.
*The dog really wanted to get the banana.
*Kris wasn't going to get slower in his attempt to escape the dog.
*Ralsei tries to redirect Kris, but to no avail. Kris knows they will both die if the dog manages to damage the boat enough using the car's speed.
*The dog nears the speeding boat, and bumps it.
*Suddenly, Rouxls Kaard appears with a rejected design from last time's adventure.
*Kris still wasn't going to lose to a stupid little dog driving a toy electronic car. If he lost twice to that dog, it would be more embarrassing than having a bully pull down your pants in front of 12 girls.
*He speeds through Rouxls and hits the giant hand with a boom.
*Thrash, the duck boat and the dog's car all explode, sending Rouxls, the dog, Kris, Ralsei and the banana flying.
*After landing on top of one another, Ralsei faints, and the dog crawls out from underneath the pile, looking at the banana, wanting to eat it.
*Then Spamton appears. Fricking. Spamton.
