FCPX is used by a very minor groups and Premiere Pro CC is big in indie movies/ documentaries. But unless you know the behemoth Avid software, you'll not be eligible for anything.

@@nijupm2329 due to my past exp. my pick is with i7 and further i9 if budget suits... for example my i7 gen gaming pc is 3.5 year old and works like charm for most heavy work without even OC, it might have shelflife for further 2-3 years, before new i11 pc @lol and sold the old one... i have couple of i5 8 gen also, doing decent with 16 gb ram with 1050ti PS: Do see what will be your uasge gaming, 3d, graphics and then go for one that suits the job...

Well from the view point of value for money its better to go for Final Cut Pro Because Its one time investment.. so why to invest same amount for same software every year....while we can achieve similar results with one time investment software.... Only we need to get a mac book. Not a great deal
