Dalam Mahkamah persalah Ada sebanyak Lima orang .Telah dijatuh Hukum.Tapi anak Kami hanya tidak mendapat apa2hukum . Hakim tidak berkata apa 2 Dan selesai perbicara.

The government hasn't take stern actions against you because your mishandled of AHTC's Accounts. Don't be boldly raised in public of no-guilty consciousness. They look worried and with good reason. The crux of the issue is how the managing agent, FMSS simultaneously held principle appointments at AHTC. You can't have the same person submitting the quote to the buyer and signing the cheque for the buyer. LTK has almost 30 years as an MP. The other 2 are lawyers. Don't they know this is a big no-no
Yes, WP may have " Acted in Good Faith and Best Interests of Residents", but still there are proper protocols to follow and Mr Low- we all know many wrong doings started with good intentions (look at City Harvest, look at Shi Ming Yi ...) . To "act in good faith" is too ambiguous and vague, and that's why there are rules in black and white. I would just like to comment : (1) WP has placed trust onto the wrong hands of FMSS and worst still, (2) WP allows FMSS to raise and approve payment to themselves (in different capacities, as Town Council staff and bosses of FMSS) and ... the bosses of FMSS are also the ones to check work done properly, as reported?! So can we trust that WP would be able to play the check and balance roles in parliament when they couldn't even manage their own house?

yes PAP isn't perfect, in fact, in my opinion, far from it. As a party running the govt, PAP has failed its people in many aspects. PAP is often perceived as arrogant and a party that always thinks it is doing right and never admits when even mistakes are made from the commoners. Look at the housing policies - when noises were made from the ground that housing costs were sky rocketing in 2008, PAP simply brushed it aside as "noises" till hdb prices were exorbitantly high, massive intake of foreigners to grow population without plans to expand transport infrastructure and hospital healthcare (its a nightmare to wait to see doctors in our public restructured hospitals) ... and the list goes on. But that doesn't give WP an excuse when they mal-perform and fumble. These are different matters, as the Chinese puts it: 一码归一码。 When you want to challenge the giant, be vigilant and diligent. The process of the setup of FMSS was simply too sloppy and casual as reported. Worst still - no check and balance. This is most ironic when WP is a party that keeps reminding us we need check and balance.
wp has run the grc for less than 10 years yet u can condemn them. yet u can close both eyes on the pap despite them running the govt since independence. who is more unforgivable? the explaination given by wp still insufficient? what more u want? no system can be perfect,.
pap town councils lost so much money to lehman brothers why pappies never say anything?if wp have really corrupt why our renowned anti corruption agency is doing nothing?for me these are all tricks by PAP to hit workers party !
The millions lost in the Lehman Brothers mini bonds investment has been swept under the carpet! Why hasn't PAP step forward boldly to give a satisfactory explanation to why the various town councils could use the residents' funds for their investments? Did PAP make up for the losses?
