Merfolk seems cool because it's a deck with a ton of little pieces that, together, form a greater whole. Unlike a lot of other decks where there's the one big card that is extremely important, the merfolks are just a bunch of little guys. And without being based on tokens!!
I don't know which little guys you're talking sbout, last week I hit someone for 96 dmg (too lazy to math distribute just go all into someone's face) out of pure explore triggers lol
Emperor Mihail is not riding a horse but a hippocampus (half horse half fish), in mythology it is the horse of the sea god Poseidon/Neptune as they are also the god of horses for some reason
Tbh, in my opinion this is easily the strongest commander precon of this set, if not of the year. Edit: Xolatoyac seems to combo pretty well with The One Ring. At the end of a turn cycle you should flicker your Ring, however, before it hurts you.
I know I've said this before my friend, I love the humor you add to your videos. You always made me feel better after a long day. Love how you talk about the cards in a humorous way, much appreciated again. Thanks for adding some light heartedness to your thoughtful deck brews 😁
I do want to build Merfolk, but I'm a tribal sucker. I kinda want a Bant or even Atraxa Merfolk deck, because it opens things up a little more, but definitely Simic at the very least. I don't think they've been bad, just unpopular recently, but that should change

Nice dudes unite my man. This got me wanting to build merfolk. Chillest vibes for the chillest mtg community. Hell yeah brother.
Merfolk exploring the depths of my heart. Hell yeah brother, I am in absolute love with this deck and your upgrades. Praise to the lord of Atlantis.

Merfolk chewing on those spikey balloon fish and exploring all them depths
Came for the merfolk tech, stayed for the FGC references
I built elves as my first deck and 8 decks later I’m building sea elves. Can’t go wrong
I am on 28.paper decks, lol
I got this precon and I love to play it! Only had to make some tiny teaks as well
