Some of the touches were nice, the pulsing advancement of the camera in the pan shots to the music allude to the excitement lunge steps one takes when they like something and adds a stylized feature. It is a nice looking bungalow, I hope it sells.

I’m sorry but no home should be worth this much. The housing market is awful. I’ll spend 1/10 the amount and buy property in the country that is just as nice thanks.

I don't know why but Canadian market seems unrealistic those prices specially in a country as big as Canada and low wages compared to other rich countries where house you could buy better at half the price

Nice home but no dishwasher
This house is exactly the same layout as my old house in Medicine Hat. I sold my old house for $280,000. This does have some nicer upgrades but not much more. Mine had triple glazed argon filled windows, brand new furnace and air conditioner.
And I was only expecting $260,000 for my house. I know it's Calgary and it's more expensive, but that house is just not worth it. It's probably a 1975 build by the looks of it.
In Medicine Hat you could probably buy a house 3 times that size and in a nice modern neighborhood for the price these people want.
I'm not going to even mention the taxes you would have to pay for a house priced that much in Calgary.
you can NOT compare medicine hat real estate to Calgary real estate. Period.
@@colinmatthews5999 I wasn't comparing the location I was comparing the house. It's not a lot of house for that much money. I would hate to know what the taxes are per year on that house.
A $550,000 mortgage would set you back about $2500 a month for 25 years. I wouldn't be surprised if the taxes were $500 a month.
Now that house is not worth $3000 a month anywhere in Canada.
There is a big bubble in Calgary and it's going to pop one day, because I refuse to believe the average joe in Calgary can afford that.

Hmm.... with an increasing population, rebounding and diversifying economy, and a young highly educated workforce, I'd say you're either not keeping up with the city, or your believing what other are telling you. Calgary is not booming, but we're growing and adapting.

We don't have gunshots in the S.W. This area probably has the lowest crime rates in Calgary.
