Ingredients for pickle
1 amla 1/4 kg
2 chilli powder 2 1/2 tbs
3 ginger, garlic 1tbs each
4 fenugreek 1 tsp
5 mustard 1 tsp
6 gingelly oil 2 tbs
7 asafoetida 1 tsp
8 salt as required
9 vinegar 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup water
10 curry leaves 3 stems
