Coulter's perception is minimal - Even with Agility 1 and no perks it is easy to stealth around Coulter (just avoid the brightly lit areas directly in front of him.) With level 6 perk Pickpocket rank 2 there's about an 88% chance of success pulling a Shady Sands Shuffle and instant-kill Coulter with a grenade. No water gun necessary - pickpocket bypasses his invulnerability. He looks terrific if you reverse pickpocket a molotov cocktail into his inventory. I enjoy turning power armored enemies into flaming christmas trees of death.

Man it's retarded how arbitrarily strict youtube has become. Cant swear, demonetization to gun channels, and out right bans for linking to stores that sell guns. Lol as protest a guy who runs a gun channel called InRangeTV started to also posting his videos to Pornhub as well as youtube, and full30. He also demonetized his channel, and is supported by Patreon alone. The he still catches some crap from youtube just because of guns even though it's more educational than most gun channels. Then there are purely science channels like Cody's lab, and ElectroBOOM who have similar problems with youtube. Forgotten Weapons also got in shit for putting a nazi Germany flag in a thumbnail of a video about a gun made by the Germans in WW2, and not way related to their ideology, just a period corrrect flag.
Man I could go on and on. As you can tell it grinds my gears. Though I'm rambling. Though I agree with this comment. Maybe you could get a few different sound clips to, and alternate or just use one for each specific curse word.

Given the way things were pre-war, it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't have the kinds of regulations against transporting nuclear waste, and would just use regular trains to dispose of them - send a monorail back at the end of the night or week, filled with waste from the park, and offload it to some random flatbed at the transit center, after-hours...

thirst zapper would be a great build for a Fallout fan film character though. part of the plot is that his thirst zapper uses the quantum ammo, and hes almost out of ammo and is looking for more and is trying to get help to looking in dangerous areas for stuff to make the ammo. Nobody understands why he uses it because no one who's ever seem him shoot it has lived (since the quantum ammo in "reality" would probably do a little more damage then in-game) and hes like a quirky dude who goes out of his way to try to not to use other firearms. Would be interesting I think, how can he handle situations without letting his companions see him shoot a gun that in real life would be sought after by everyone if they knew its power over regular firearms.
I have a thirst zapper build, but my preferred variant is the default water squirt gun. This is easily the most powerful build i’ve ever played, and i’m not even kidding.
The water gun does zero damage, staggers enemies, and most importantly- raises your critical meter in VATS.
Critical banker + high luck + low AP squirt gun = almost instantly fill your critical meter. Then I just switch weapons and destroy whatever’s in front of me.
I got super lucky and found a Neverending Double-Barrel! Slapped a calibrated powerful receiver and a sawed off barrel and I’m doing damage numbering in the thousands. OHKO in almost every case.
Also, I carry around a nuke mine that I can throw on the ground and VATS it with my squirt gun if I need to prepare before a big fight

Wearing certain apparel causes unique dialogue from Colter when on the Catwalk before the fight. I think this works for Power Armor, a vault suit, and the Silver Shroud Outfit.

If anybody wants to get an easy way to get a full X-01 power-armour suit and also has the Nuka-World DLC then there is one behind a Advance lock terminal in the Nuka-World's Power-Plant. (This can be done as soon as you get out of Vault 111, just make sure you take about in total 100 10mm and/or .38 rounds with the weapons and pick up most the the mines inside the Gauntlet to use on Overboss Colter.)
