Probably a fast metabolism, i dont think people really understand how much it helps when you have to use the loo 3 times a day, and on top of that you excercise.
okay so the reason why he isnt getting big is he has a very high metabolism meaning it burns fat also its bc they are asian most asians are petite so thats why they dont get fat ;-;
healthy eating + activity and maybe even intermittent fasting will help maintain his weight. he posts every 2 days, so in-between posting videos he is walking a lot, exercising, and having a healthy diet. also wanna add his own maintenance calories play a big role, i.e a sedentary 130 lb 5’5 woman needs around 1600-1400 calories to maintain. males are usually taller, and their metabolism is different so he is probably gaining a pound at most (eating 3500 over maintenance, say his maintenance is 2500 and that’s 6000 calories to gain one pound!!) and burning it off.
i like it everytime he shows us each of the chocolate and his milk its like he’s taking a selfie. and everytime he dips them in the whip creams makes it yummier 😋
