The Gulbarga theory is a shortcut method in KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati) astrology that is used to answer yes or no questions:
Rule 1
If the sub-lord of the horary number is the same as the moon's star lord or the ascendant's star lord, then the answer is yes.
Rule 2
If the sign, star, and sub-lords of the horary number are all present among the ruling planets, then the answer is yes.
