If it's possible then solve these problem through a video
1 seal pressure it is for sealing the dome valve
2 Back pressure it is created when conveying line is jammed
3 conveying pressure it is for conveying the ash from vessel to sylo
4 ash handling plant working process.
.Seal pressure is healthy then it's timmer will continue and operate the dome after that conveying is done and if line is jammed than back pressure form. In which total 2 sov and 3 pressure switches are use. Which I already told in this video also in this also you will get which singnal comming from PLC and to PLC.
If you not getting then free to ask
some times cylinder not operate properly( if it slightly t up manually then it open or close)

Primafaice issue that cylinder not operate but after electrical rectified it working normal so I want to know from mechanical point of view, because generally electrical blame to mechanical dept.that cylinder is faulty etc, seal pressure 3.8kg , dome and cylinder proper alignment
There is no mechanical things i think im also from electrical instrumentation i can do all the things no need of mechanical in pneumatic systems

It's may be poor quality of dome seal you got or may be your seal pressure is not maintain or may be your seal pressure is lower then conveying pressure there is many reasons bro

How to find it seal got damaged
Compare with input air pressure and seal pressure if it is below then you can get it it's seal are damaged simple

Vessel pressure high hone ka reason ash conveying line chocking hota hai so need to flush your ash conveying line and make back pressure less then 0.5 bar
