Hello, one question, why didn't you use Aria light to create light?

At 1:07 there is no need to apply scale as you only grabbed faces in Edit mode.

I have been fooled by the scale too many times. NOT 1 MODEL WILL SURVIVE MY APPLY SCALE BUTTON!!!!
