- Jim Sander, the farmer behind Wildflower Lane Farm, wanted to do more than grow food; he wanted to give back to his community. Working with local nonprofits, like TABLE in Carrboro, NC, Sander is farming sustainably and ensuring his fresh produce ends up on the plates of local kids. Sander shares his passion for sustainable farming with his community and other local farmers to encourage the growth of small-scale sustainable farms, like Walt Tysinger's WildSide Farm.

I took Dr. Patterson's course at NC State years ago and I really enjoyed it. Nice to see him again.
This is a wonderful video! When I was younger I used to have an organic garden. I also used compost and rabbit manure from a nearby farm that did not use antibiotics on the rabbits. I guess this is in my blood since my Lineberger ancestors were all farmers. There is nothing better than fruit and vegetables grown in an organic garden!
I forgot to mention that I was born in Wilson, Wilson County, NC. My dad was born there also just like our Lineberger ancestors, who were farmers.
