All these guys were super nice. I saw them during this tour in 1989. They took some friends and I out to dinner at Hooters in Pensacola, Florida. I spent most of the day and evening playing pool with TJ, but pulled the vanishing Cinderella act when the evening got a little late. 💎💎💎 Seems just like yesterday! I sure do miss these times!

One month Nitro were plastered all over guitar magazines looking exactly like Poison few months later Doc Martens and flat hair. An abrupt about face to be sure. You know who transcends genre? Ron Jeremy! From Nitro to Sublime when a band needs a "cool weirdo" to make a cameo it's Ron Jeremy time. Viva le Hedgehog!
I can't get over how different the lead singer looks now! He was so skinny and cute. Later clips show him being massively huge and rather scary looking... Lita said he was a bodybuilder and said steroids should blow his heart out. They really blew him up. And it seems as if they are hereditary bc his sons look like little mini steroid freaks as well...
Just thought I'd point out that at 2:55 he is singing into an RE20 microphone which is a cardoid microphone that picks up only from the front yet Jim is singing into it from the side... not to mention he is moving around like crazy... Just coming from an audio engineering dork, there is clearly a lot wrong with this video and not to mention the music. However, it is entertaining in its 80's nostalgia feel in one way or another.

Let alone EZ drummer is replacing the drummer, as well as no one cares much for acoustic instruments any longer in the main stream outside of the string ones. Also, are we to act is if any music video would portray the actual footage from the tracking session? From experience, I'm sure all of these guys looked like shit in the studio when tracking and wouldn't dare be caught looking that way

Lol Nitro was good for pissing the parentals off which made them golden. I did like some of their music and Jim at one point did have one hell of a vocal range but he is an epic douche. I personally like him preaching a "healthy and clean life, don't do drugs no drinking take care of your body" And he likes his steroids...That is far worse than smoking weed in my opinion.
