•This feels like it's going to go bad.
•He sounds like this other difficult customer.
•I don't trust him.
Then you will ignore your gut. ONCE, BUT NEVER AGAIN.

Great video! First of all you asked him several times to move the furniture he didn't charge the basterd. Second I have said this a ton STOP taking a stupid check STOP invoicing your customers. You can put a card on file these days or if they will be home you can expect cash get paid as soon as your finished.

This customer has one last chance, you reiterate that furniture will be moved before you arrive and that you don’t accept personal checks. If he can’t or is unwilling then it’s been a while since someone has told him no. Sounds like someone doesn’t like to hear that word. His kids did not move the furniture so its seems to me that this pressure washing business is something that garners little respect in his eyes. You’re the pro at this not him.

No he disrespected you from the start I would not work for him again unless he paid you right when he said if he paid you and you didn't have no problem with that then I guess I would but I would explain to him the next time I ate the furniture the last time but I won't eat it again

If do you constantly have to do repeat business and pressure washing to the same customer at the same house every 2 or 3 months then you're not doing a good job in the first place you should only have to pressure wash a house every other year for the driveways or everything else too much pressure washing on driveways and concrete is not good
