Hi Boni, i think with the electrician, he needs to come clean with which class artisan he is. Normally we had two types, Section 28 and Section 13 type artisan. The 28 artisan were those who got promoted into artisanship because of experience and skill. Their salaries are low in many companies
@liferesetwithboni yes, maybe he was section 28. Lots of olden day artisans were first Mechanical aiders, then be declared artisan due to extensive knowledge of that specific trade. Disadvantage is when you leave that company elsewhere you won't be recognized as artisan
