I saw Rammstein TWICE this week. :) I saw them Sept. 6th 2022 in NJ and then on Friday Sept. 9th in Mass. I was in the feur zone about 8' from the front center stage on tuesday then on friday i was upfront in the GA floor zone. I still could feel the flames 100 feet away.

Try to see them up in the higher decks one time, the lights during Sonne were incredible! They looked like suns. I think the lightshow from the stage is best viewed from high up and from the front, not off to the side. The wide view of the fire is also cool. If I would have known I would have gone to the Philly show for the feur zone view and then in NJ for the wide view.

As a German I think a lot of people especially from Europe don't understand how big these stadiums are. Just look at Rammstein's stage. It's huge. But compare how it looks in most European stadiums and in US stadiums. I mean Germany and other European countries also have a few huge stadiums, but it's still a bit different. Obviously it looks emptier than it really is. Despite that you also have to think about the fact that the tickets are expensive. Most people probably held their tickets for 2,5 years, but as the world is crazy for some time now, some may not be able to afford those tickets. I hope they keep doing what they do and maybe they'll return to the US.

Good points! I imagine they will certainly be back, I think the crowds were impressive...especially in Chicago and Minnesota. I know a lot of people that sold their tickets for this concert because of the rain and Philadelphia is close by and many people chose that venue 1st over this one.

Saw the rafts when we got there early and being a big fan I knew it meant that the band would be close. My daughter wanted to get closer to the stage, to which I said it would be best to stay put at the rails around the booth/stage....man her face lit up when the band showed up within a few feet of us, sang "Engel" and rode the rafts back to the main stage

I was so torn between getting the ticket I eventually did, in Section 135, or getting the very back of the stadium where your POV was. I was lucky to be right in front of Engel and my view of the stage for entire show was really not impeded at all. But, I enjoyed your video (and story) and the viewpoint you had really headlined the lighting and full stage experience. I too, was soaking wet just getting thru the parking lot and stayed that way but after bouncing and/or head banging to songs, I got warmed up immediately :) The flames of course from the tower right next to us literally dried my shirt! So my friend and I took the bus to Rutherford from NYC. Let me tell you, it was 100% worth it! It was an experence! Wanted to get tickets again for The Netherlands or Berlin, Germany. Didn't happen, but I will see them again when they hit the U.S. FYI, I was on the general admission floor. Arrived just in time for Rammstein. Can safely say that I'm a Rammstein fan for life.

I drove from my house in Staten Island, quick ride, less than 30 min. I don't know many Metal fans, most of the friends I have that like Metal still listen to KISS and Metallica. They knew who Rammstein was but didn't know them enough to fork over the cash for a ticket. I had a great time regardless, made a lot of friends there, wilding out with random people. I expect them to announce another North America tour, they averaged 40,000 ticket sales per stadium, that's huge. And I am with you there, by far the best concert I've been to. I usually go to smaller venues, some amphitheaters and stages in parks, this was insane. Metallica is performing in Central Park next month but they are just part of the show. Tickets are pricey. If they were the only performers I would've bought the ticket. Metallica puts on an amazing show, the stages are also epic but they don't do any Pyro.

Great video! I saw them last July in the Netherlands - in the Feuerzone (a b'day present from my wife) and a month later in Ostend. 55'000 and 45'000 people on a field! And I have tickets for July '23/Feuerzone again! Those 70'000 tickets for the Dutch '23 concert sold out in 15 mins! The Dutch/Belgium concerts are filled with Germans. Especially next year when they do only two concerts in Germany. Nothing beats a Rammstein concert with Germans around you. They sing all songs together with Till and go mad when he changes the lyrics, even when it's only one word.

Germany is beautiful, I have German friends so hearing a US audience singing 'Germany, Germany over all' clearly demonstrates how great music can be a great language. Political rant over

I want to go see them in Germany because everyone sings along, it would be cool to hear 80,000 people singing all at once, and that doesn't happen in the states like it does in Europe. Met a few people from Germany at the concert. Til's voice is pure gold. I wonder how long they'll continue to put on these displays given their age. The level of production is probably higher than what you'd see at a KISS concert. Pyro unmatched. I can imagine how physical it is for Till to carry all that metal. Yeah, he's still in his 50s, and lots of older bands like KISS are still rocking, but other bands don't do the physical stuff that Rammstein does. Thanks for the comment and story.

It's a very big stadium, 82,000 seating capacity. If it looks empty its because there are a lot of seats. The Feur zone was very full, I think more full in Philadelphia, but here in New York there was more people high up in the seats. There was a nice sized crowd. A lot of people were sitting because they didn't want to block anyone's view.

In den USA sind viele Konzerte komplett bestuhlt. Die Leute sind es dort wahrscheinlich nicht gewohnt zu stehen.

@@devinprog8829 I think the tickets are more expensive here too. That's why I didn't sit at the floor, they were $$$$. But I was definitely standing the whole night lol

Empty? They’re at 90% at least. MetLife stadium seats 82,000 that’s why it looks empty
