    Fantastic video.
    This didn't quite do it for me though, the plastic seemed to have swell over time and after cleaning and lubing it was still just as stiff. I was able to thin down the plastic channels (on the softer plastic piece) using a knife, and grind down the bottom with a Flathead and now it's working perfectly. If you're going to do this, I recommend only working on the softer plastic piece and leave the other alone.
    Thanks for this video, without it I wouldn't have been confident to open things up and tackle the repair at all.
