Nice finds. Ive just started collecting Ian Banks also. Ive only read Wasp Factory too and loved it. I have a 25p Charity Shop near me too, which is really cool. Most Charity Shops are slowly pushing their book prices up I find
Thanks! He is fab, I have read quite a few, I think my favourite was The Bridge, an amazing, unique and difficult to describe book! Yes lots of the charity shops around here started raising their prices, but a few have dropped them again. I think they realised they were getting more than they could handle if they overpriced them as they just stayed on the shelf. It is better for them to have a high turnover so they don't end up turning away a high value book due to lack of space.
@@ReadRe-sellRepeat I agree. Some times I wonder why some keep their prices so high. There are a couple I dont even go into anymore as their prices are laughable. Surely, take a small hit and get more sales and more customers. - Ive subbed by teh way. Good videos
