This house is bitchin. Well worth the money. I see some people saying it's too overpriced. Have you seen the houses being listed for 100 million and above in Kenya? Most of them are overly ambitious with the price while the design would only be considered attractive if it was made in the 1970s. This is a proper modern contemporary home. I like it. But the video was too short.i felt there's a lot that was left out

The paint guy who did the shitty job displayed at 2:26 and 3:39 should be stoned. And at a 150 mil price point, they damn sure better hire a tint guy for that master bath tub window!

The design of the house is beautiful but it seems it was built with very cheap stuff
The architect and presenter both did amazing jobs. But the workmanship is poor. Fit and finish is not worth 150 million.
