This is not at all a Bhel in India. This is muri makha. Bhel / Bhel Puri tastes different.
Satisfying to watch
come and taste it in West Bengal, you'll be able to understand the difference. This is not a jhal muri, rather tel muri (oiled puffed rice). The speciality of Jhal Muri is it should remain crunchy and crispy. Also, less amount of oil is used to make the muri flavoured and to bind it together. This version is soggy. At least I won't go for it.

Actually what your country serves especially kolkata, we call it muri makha, not jhalmuri. We make muri makha in crunchy & crispy appearance, in case jhalmuri we imagine it spicy & oily & little soft by the mixture off mashed ghugni. & muri makha & jhalmuri's taste totally different than each other.
I alwys visit to Kolkata.. But let me tell u honestly Bangladeshi jhal muri is way better than WB jhal muri... Fuchka...chana etc
