It’s like how I like to make music, minimum amount of instruments(tr8,tb3 and an e4 for looping )to maximum amount of noise…..good video ….. thank you 🙏
Thanks for sharing lucien i have the Pioneer TORAIZ SP 16 as my brain next to Ableton, and the MC 707 for my melodic parts, most bass and other drums stil want a moog sub 37 love the moog sound. The Elektron workflow wasnt it for. Hope to see you live at ADE this year🇱🇺
Awesome Lucien, also great that you show how great the SH-101 is. I bought mine in 1995 in London and it's still my favorite. Altough I must admid that the MS-1 comes close. See U at the Analogue Sessions in May. Greetz from K@Z.
Hi James! Looking forward to see you! Not sure about the MS-1 though. It doesn’t sport that CEM chip so it does sound different I think. Are u happy with yours?
@@AnalogKitchen Hello Analog Kitchen, it sounds a bit different. It has little less detail in the highs, the bottom end is less brutal as the origional. I bought a MS-1 so the SH-101 can safely stay at home. But, the MS-1 has some nice extra's which I like. And, mostly it will be pimped by a BigSky and/or TimeLine. This fx I have on pre-fade aux sends on my mixer. So, I can come in with only a huge reverb or whatever. This is and will be a important part of my signature sound. For me that is also a nice thing of making electronic music, to figure out a good setup and squeeze the best out of your gear. Let's stay in touch and have a great evening.
It took me a while to think on how to respond as I really value your comment. It has been a long journey overcoming insecurity on my teaching abilities as I’m generally more confident hiding during rainy days alone in my studio. But the channel has taken off so rapidly that what was nothing has become something. And I do take this compliment as a motivator to push on and do better. Thanks Mr Modern Musician
@@AnalogKitchen Wish I could bro. I'm not sure what it is about some of your lightning in the bottle moments regarding music and some perfect loops/drops/breaks. This isn't even close to a throwback or a dated old school sound. Your sound and choice of notes(or lack of notes) is what is missing from some music nowadays. And your hihats have almost a trap style sometimes, your synths are thiic, the club sound is always there and your foundational knowledge is crazy. Best of luck to you dude.
I must admit that creating, layering, evolving, mixing and mastering unique hypnotic synthetic music from scratch, all live, to invoke trances that can influence peoples' lives in a positive way (AKA 'to have a good time') is positively rubbish. To film, edit and share how to do it, for free, for anyone with internet access, again just proves how garbage this is.
Nice! How about a video on Ben Sims/Mark Broom type funkier techno?
That’s an excellent idea tbh…. Will investigate
I say it again. What a resource for what we all love, pure techno! Thnx for living today what many of us loved in the past. Much love for this! 💓 🎶
I’m glad you’re into it! Thanks for watching!!
This was pure Analog Kitchen. Thank you!

Sounds great! Thanks for watching
Early Axis and Rob Hood records were how i got into techno! I didn't like Floorplan at first, but now i dig the gospel vocals, LoL
I initially was the same. But they did some righteous slammers though. Never Grow Old and Baby Baby are dance floor destroying bizznizz hahaha
Where did you get the custom color knobs for the octatrack and minitaur?
Great channel by the way, keep it up!!!
Hi Daniel, check out Chroma Caps by Dj Techtools
Just perfect.
Thank you!
Don t forget, if no said yet, to replace in your gear list, model D by the Moog ;)
Always nice content here!
Good point! Thanks!
@@AnalogKitchen glad to help! :)
From one dawless musician to another, this was beautiful. Thank you!

Breh, you are a teaching beast. I used to teach highschool physics and ran, so I know what it takes (and I didn't have it 😂)
Cheers brehddah ✊🏿

This how techno should be.
Thanks for watching!
If I knew Hans Zimmer or Joel(deadmau5)...I would in fact be sending them this right now.
Hahaha. Thanks. I won’t stop ya!

pushing a few buttons.. the machines do all the work, the samples are already there, there's nothing left and it shows.
Life is short. Peace x
