Finnaly made it ! Made enough for the whole family and they loved it ! I put a bit of whip cream, shaved some dark chocolate and put a mint leaf and they looked great !
Having made it around the time Saiki K. came out, and having been harassed regularly by my husband to make some, I can confirm the recipes with espresso brew are even more shocking when it hits the pallette.
I made it and I added one pack of gelatine but it didn’t harden and I made it in the morning and it’s night for me now and it’s still not hard so should I add 2 packs of gelatine ? And try tomorrow again ?

Yeah, the texture would be more stiff and brittle but it'll be coffee jelly nonetheless :)
