The whole show is cringe humor so the awkwardness is what's so funny about the majority of the bits. I hope I dont sound rude lol I was just explaining why I thought Jim wouldnt laugh but either way, just watching him trying to hide his laugh cracks me up.

It's funny, I used to have a commercial cleaning business, and you'd be surprised to know that a fair number of Ladie's restrooms do indeed have couches inside them. Some are set up almost like a little living room. Usually in bigger more expensive type of office buildings.

This is one of the best cringe-humour balanced episodes of the show in my opinion. They perfectly walk the line of Michael being incredibly sexist but genuinely trying to mean well. Also the finger going down when he sees Toby is one of my favourite jokes of the show.
