Honestly both are great in their own way. It just depends on if I am wanting to duplicate something (then DT is best) or get inspired (then trash to treasure is great). I think a variety of DIY's is the best way to go. I love your ideas, and liked that you showed us the types of items that inspired you at the thrift store. Thanks for all the inspiration!

I have a couple collabs coming up and then I really want to work on some good Trash to Treasures because those are the most fun for me to do. 😊 I think they are great during warmer weather too when people can get out more to thrift stores and yardsales ☀️

Love all your projects. But love trash to treasure (thrift store) projects the most. I do alot of those myself and find it interesting how we all find different ways to use items.

Beautiful color. It seems to be a bit different from most blue colors that are used in spring. Like that its got that bit of an edge.

Try allowing the E6000 to dry just a bit before you stick surfaces together. Seems to cure/adhere just a bit more quickly for me. Using the plastic jug ring, such a great idea!

Hey April! You always make the best Tiered Trays with Dollar Tree supplies! They can be so expensive too, I know because Ive bought some in the higher end stores. Its such a cheap way for anyone to make their own, because in my opinion a house is not complete until you have a tiered tray! Love the use of more color in this one! So bright and fun for Easter! 🤗💕

I love your trash to treasures the most but honestly I love everything you do. I think you chose the best colors. I love that you use mostly white but you throw pops of color in there from time to time. My favorite things you ever made were the stools, i love shabby chic and farmhouse together so those to me are my favorite things ever. You definitely could sell the things you make. I do follow pajama crafts and kacha! They are both great. Kacha makes furniture look like a million bucks!! Hope you have a great week and I look forwards to your next video

I am loving the pastel colors. Love the tiered tray and the box is fantastic. I love the up-cycle of the furniture. I hit the thrift stores any chance I get. I think a mix of trash to treasure and DT are good.

The 3 tiered tray turned out so pretty. I love how you got the eggs to stand up, I'm going to do that also! I recently saw someone use a lazy susan to put their items on that need painting, it's so much easy to get to all the sides by turning it instead of holding it in your hand and flipping it around.

Last time I believe I commented and shared with you my experience my family and I went threw almost two yrs ago back at our old place with a bad fire next door and we lost everything including my cricut that my husband had just given me as a gift but what mattered was us because everything is material and I just wanted to share with you because I am extremely excited to say over the weekend my husband just purchased me a new cricut again so I am super excited because I really missed my other one although I only got to use it maybe three times so I am not really experienced with it so my husband is picking me up the new cricut joy in the morning because we also travel a lot so he wants me to be comfortable and able to always have my joy with me and do what I enjoy so much crafting. That is so awesome!!! I'm so happy for you! 🙌🤗💕 Fires are devastating. ☹️ My aunt had a house fire years ago and even stuff that wasn't burned was not salvageable because of smoke damage. You just can't get the smell out. The only important thing is you and your loved ones because anything else (except pictures) can be replaced. Congratulations on your new cricut!!! God bless! ❤️

I love everything you do, but I definitely lean towards trash to treasure videos over DT. That’s not to discredit Dollar Tree crafts (lord knows I have a stash {hoard} of supplies), but there is such a huge amount of repeat ideas on YT, that it’s refreshing to watch trash to treasures.

Yes Ashley! 🤗💕 that's the best way but my hot glue always dries so fast on metal I struggle using both.

Definitely trash to treasure. Recyclable products are good, too. I think we are over saturated with D. T. products. I like their products and have plenty in my craft room. I think even a mix of the two...trash to treasure and D. T. Anyway, I really like all of your projects that you did today and I’m a wee bit jealous of the toolbox.
