Gojira- where dragons dwell Gojira- Oroborus Gojira- Esoteric surgery Gojira- Explosia I can just name their entire discography at this point, it's just TOO GOOD
Instant like. This is an incredible song. “I owe myself life”.. who else says this? Gojira, that’s who. And also... “There is light in this world I’d fight for!” That too.
This was the first song that I hear by them and it blows every piece of my mind. Dude please react to "Liquid Fire" or "This emptiness" in your next Gojira reaction, you won't be dissapointed. Cheers
Dude.. While you're on that album, ya gotta do "The Axe" and "Mouth of Kala"... F'n amazing tracks. I mean, they don't have a non-amazing track, but do those two! As for the rest of the library, ya GOTTA jump back and give a reaction to "Ouroborus"... Epic song musically and lyrically.. So much meaning
01:20 This is me every time I listen to this song 😅🤘 Please do either Remembrance, The way of all flesh, Explosia, The Axe, Where dragons dwell or This emptiness next!
You’re just teasing now 😂 Where Dragons Dwell (live) we know you’re going to do it! 😂 some of us just lack patience and I’m one of them. Also, Oroborus, Explosia, and Pain Is A Master are all great.
Low Lands is a very lyrically deep song by them, in sure if you want to find out why it wont be hard to find. It's not a very heavy song but its definitely something that someone that's new to them will see that what they say always has passion. I'd give it a listen if you want to take a break away from screams and growls. Hope you enjoyed this song aswell!
When I was driving home from work tonight I was listening to Gojira because of course you got me back into listening to them constantly. I was listening to this song, and I knew you'd be listening to it soon because of COURSE this was high on the list. A thought I had was "I can't wait to hear him say the name", and you definitely didn't disappoint.
Alright I think I'm going to comment everyone of your videos lmao but my suggestion for your next Gojira song would be From The Sky, kind of underrated (at least in the recommendations people give you in the comments) but it's a killer song with a HUGE breakdown towards the end of the song and man I'm sure you would love it!
I have a feeling you will enjoy Periphery. They came out with an amazing album last year, Periphery IV: Hail Stan. Some good tracks to try on that album are Blood Eagle, it's only smiles, Reptile, and Garden in the Bones. Great video as always!
Hey Drew. Love your reactions man. I'm an avid Gojira fan and as much as I want to recommend a Gojira song I'd plead for you to react to an extremely underrated band called Orbit Culture. They have a new album coming out this year, like Gojira, but I'd suggest to listen to their older song "Saw" or "Sun of All". The former got me in to this band. I know I'm just a single person requesting but please do consider my request 'coz they deserve the recognition. They're heavily influenced by bands such as Gojira, Metallica and Septic Flesh. I can guarantee you'll love em.
Global warming, a sight to behold, mouth of kala, oroboros, only pain. These are great songs by them that won't often get recommended so please check it out !
I watched your videos from time to time, but this Gojira journey... i am subscriber now:) I hope one day you will do Gojira Polandrock live full show reaction, this is best live recording ever, sound quality is like on album:)
This is the first Gojira song I remember hearing. It was in 2016 at a metal festival, they were playing on the third stage (Download Festival) and my friend recommended we go and check them out. I was blown away by Mario's drumming on this song, his command of the ride cymbal and snare is just unparalleled. I've been a massive fan ever since!
This song is absolute perfection. Really captures the essence of Gojira! Cant wait until you dig into their roots... 🤘Cheers man! In The Forest - Gojira
You should check out the song This Emptiness by them. It's not really a well known song because it's one of the bonus tracks on L'Enfant Sauvage but it's a really sick song!
I haven't gone through everything you've reacted to, so maybe you have done it already, but "Blackwater Park" by Opeth is a must. And going further back into Gojira's catalogue, "Clone" is crazy.
yea, but sometimes you should just take the vocals as an instrument, especially if you cannot understand wut they're saying. They just add one more layer to the track, giving it more depth, feeling and atmosphere. Also, Animals as Leaders is my recommendation :)
What makes Joe so incredibly accessible is that he screams/growls in pitch and he does it so perfectly. That's not super common in their genre of music and God love him for it. I gotta admit I'm a tad jealous every time I watch one of your Gojira reactions, they make me pine for the first time I listened to each of their songs. Love watching your facial expressions, I can't help giggling as I watch them.
Usually Drew the vocals in heavier metal music is an instrument much like the rest of the band. Its main purpose is to add atmosphere and making it all sound heavier in general. Quite often (but not always) lyrics in metal are secondary to the vocal style itself. Joe has that middle ground where hos vocal style is more of a shout than a growl and thus is clearer, together with meaningful lyrics so it kind of goes hand in hand here.
From Mars and than play To Sirius as they basically are one song. You might find a video that has both songs. I haven’t seen anybody recommending these two songs. I am recommending them because they are different again from any Gojira track that you’ve heard and that entire album is fantastic.
If you like rough vocals you can (mostly) understand, check out Parkway Drive. Winston is a beast, and their sound has changed a lot over time. -Romance is Dead -Boneyards -Carrion -Leviathan I -The Slow Surrender -Vice Grip -The Void -Shadow Boxing ^oldest to newest, this will give you a good dichotomy of how their instrumentation/sound has evolved. I think you'll like it.
I feel a strange peace now that you finally listened to this song.lol Months of spamming requests man... What do you think guys, does he need "Vacuity" in his life next? Do itttt!!! lol. Keep it up man, tons more great Gojira \m/
If you like Gojira, you will also love Orbit Culture. Crazy talented Swedish Progressive/Death Metal band. Check out their song "Nensha" or "Open Eye" or "The North Star of Nija" or "Saw" or "The Haste to the Pyre"

Wanna feel like you’ve been hit by 2 freight trains? Try Backbone, Love or Remembrance by Gojira.
Gojira - Clone is insaaaaaaaane
I just made that suggestion. I'm glad I've seen another. That track is crazy.
Dude.. While you're on that album, ya gotta do "The Axe" and "Mouth of Kala"... F'n amazing tracks. I mean, they don't have a non-amazing track, but do those two!

Yes, Mouth of Kala is so underrated

It does not means this... I guess sausage is just auto-correcting xD
Means "The Wild Kid".

Gojira - Global Warming [ Live at the Silver Cord Studio May 2018 ]
BACKBONE! I think you'll like it.
You’re just teasing now 😂 Where Dragons Dwell (live) we know you’re going to do it! 😂 some of us just lack patience and I’m one of them. Also, Oroborus, Explosia, and Pain Is A Master are all great.
Gojira - Backbone. One of the sickest breakdowns ever in an extremely inspirational song.
Please Drew make a video on the live silver cord studio version of Global Warming by Gojira from 2018!
Nice to see this posted today. Wearing my shirt with the album cover art.
"Oroborus" from Gojira.
Low Lands is a very lyrically deep song by them, in sure if you want to find out why it wont be hard to find. Nate Westbrook Truly a great song!

2:44 God D A M N that's the definition of a nasty riff.
LMFAO!!! Oh man you already know brother....👍✌
You have to do the song "remembrance" just for the outro, this is pure joy i guarantee you
Love off the first album is another you should react to
Jooo straight up if you want an experience react to Twelve Foot Ninja - one hand killing. It's such a good and special band and i think alot agree

I have a feeling you will enjoy Periphery. They came out with an amazing album last year, Periphery IV: Hail Stan. Some good tracks to try on that album are Blood Eagle, it's only smiles, Reptile, and Garden in the Bones. Great video as always!
You have to do "Only Pain" next. Everything Gojira do is amazing
I think you're ready for Backbone live at Brixton Academy London.🤘
Sick!
"Wolf down the earth" and "Where dragons dwell - live at Hellfest 2013"
Please react to "Mouth of Kala". It's an insanely intense song with one of the hardest and jammiest riffs I've ever heard!
Powerful breakdown 🤘💪
Hey Drew. Love your reactions man.

I have repeatedly tried to tell him bro...!
Global warming, a sight to behold, mouth of kala, oroboros, only pain. These are great songs by them that won't often get recommended so please check it out !

Gojira
-Remembrance
-Where Dragons Dwell
Definitely my two favourites 🤘
Dude "Ocean Planet", the first track in From Mars to Sirius, it's just extraordinary
GOJIRA - LOW LANDS! The song is dedicated to their mother! Very powerful!
"Love" is a great song, you should react to it
amazing reaction broo
You really need to react to Gojira - Embrace The World. You're gonna need a neck brace after it😂
World to come reaction !!
You should give Wolf Down the Earth a listen, it's one of their more obscure songs in the discography, a hidden gem to say the least.
Vacuity
From the Sky
Pray
Esoteric Surgery
Liquid Fire
The Axe
Honestly anything from Gojira's third album up, is going to be gold.
Sleeping hard on terra incognita. clone, space time rise, fire is everything, love. All bangers
@mdb7883 Meh. They're not for me.
Even after having heard their songs sooo many times... I still get chills.
I'm always down for more Gojira🤘👍

Would love to see a response to Igorrr's "Downgrade Desert" - the track is very "Arabic-Electro-Borroque-Metal" it's very cool indeed :)!
Id suggest Remembrance as it's one of Gojiras early tracks it's before there From Mars To Sirius album
Esoteric Surgery is one of their absolute best in my humble opinion
Nothing like a Mexican living in Texas watching an Irishman react to a French band. The internet is pretty awesome. Stay safe hummie!
Gojira : the axe
Gojira :explosia
Gojira :to sirius
Gojira :vacuity
Gojira :esoteric surgery
If you like rough vocals you can (mostly) understand, check out Parkway Drive. Winston is a beast, and their sound has changed a lot over time.
