On the pocket warmer you push the metal thing and it fills up with this hard white snow looking warm stuff that usually lasts 15-20 min and then boil it when ready to reuse!!
the pocket warmer thing has a little silver coin inside. you snap it and it will harden the liquid inside and get really warm!! I have a neck one and I love it!!

They are quarterly, so they are planning the spring box for 2016. the price tag is $43.95 + s/h, however while that price is a little steep, for what you get and since it's quarterly the price isn't so bad. Right now to steep for me even quarterly. I do get Hero Crate though so excited to film my first un-boxing of that.
