Love this mashup and the channel, I know these two songs are the same key, but would program do you use to adjust the key of songs that aren't the same?

Thank you! If tracks don't match (enough) in key, then they just don't fit together. Gm and Abm just don't go together for example. You can manipulate it and for example key shift the abm track one up, so it becomes gm. The quality becomes horrible then. If they don't go together, just accept it.
