Depends PvP/Olympiad. Also depends on opponents class and situations. Vs enchanters/DB is good to wear elegia. But most of the times u need to use vesper. Sometimes u can switch on last moment for elegia and later wear another set (many to explain, many situations) but need to control for dont lose hp
attribute for weapon i use Water, but u can also use fire/earth/wind. It dont really matter on hf5 if u enchant skills +duel. Example me have only sonic storm+ attribute enchanted only. Buff list u can check on RHINO guide duelist, as i remember he showed good buff. But if u want advice from me then take normal buff from alt+b then buff Gift of Queen, dwarf buffs, delete improved combat and add seperated buffs might+shield. Also add some resist and rebuff songs/dances for less cancel last important buffs
