He is a very reserved & introvert person. To make the interview interesting & encouraging for him, the interviewer himself/herself has to be very energetic. But here the interviewer herself seemed to be nervous. She is conversing in a mixed language. Starting a question but then getting lost in the midway like she herself is not very clear what she wants to ask. Asking a newcomer about his favourite costars or fan moment - I mean how silly is this! Please no offence but this interviewer needs proper training of how to conduct a interview in the first place.
