Holi is a important part of Indian festivals and culture. In my mind, I remembered Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert.
In the style of "Eat Pray Love," Holi, the Festival of Colors, is a time for happiness, togetherness, and spirituality. Like in Elizabeth Gilbert's journey, friends gather, have fun, eat, cook, dance, and are excited.
They share the most authentic Indian dishes on Holi like gunjia, papdi, malpua, thandai, kachori, dahi bhalle, namkeen pare, gulab jamun and so much more.
Holi is about joy and unity, similar to the happiness Gilbert found in her travels.
Even though the book and Holi are far apart, Holi helps people feel close, like the connections Gilbert made. It's a time to let go, enjoy the moment, and celebrate life.
This video is a way to honor friendship and love, just like in "Eat Pray Love."
