Unfortunately most of us have to deal with it. Some more, some less - I personally had a time (around 2 years ago) were I suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks. It's one of the worst feelings to have. But I personally think our brain is trying to send us a message - that something may be going wrong in our lives. I am not a doctor, but after changing my lifestyle and learning to embrace the anxiety rather than pushing it away, it became a part of me and me a part of the anxiety. After that, it nearly dissapeared entirely.

@@kittyshiv kinda, i mean i like to listen to music or draw to make myself feel better, but when that fails i hug whoever's closest to me, or I'll hug a stuffed animal. What about you?
@@Sleepy_Yazzy meds.. being at the right dose made a HUGE difference.. but yeah I practice guided meditation, listen to music a LOT, probably more than I should haha but whatever works eh ;) I wish I had someone to hug..

Love this song, when I was in the hospital for 2 weeks 3 years ago I had the worst anxiety and panic attacks for so long. Haven't had another one thankfully. This song gives me goosebumps.

I don't get anxiety often. But when I do, I get frozen (I sometimes lose balance when I get anxiety) until I fully manage to get my conciousness back. This sounds alot like when I lose my conciousness by anxiety

I have social anxiety. Everytime I think its going to fade it come back but worse than before. What i really hate is that my sister keeps on making fun of me because of it. Really I start to talk about it and she makes fun of it. One time we talked about our types and then about that my anxiety is the reason why i am still alone(im fifteen, i wouldn't even care about a partner, but she keeps on telling that i should get one) and then i said i only want someone that is understanding and then she was like "so a Psychopath like you someone With a mental disorder?" i was like what is wrong with you and then she keep on being ruder so I started to stutter and get nervous and then she also maked fun of that. Sometimes i really dont know ehat going on in her head, she keeps on making fun of me and tries to make me change, to something that not myself at all.

That's actually true. When it was still illegal, I would panic thinking there were cops around.
Well, I had several panick attacks just a few weeks ago... The full package, where my pulse went way beyond what's considered normal. It was so bad that I had to to call emergency three times and had to go to hospital 5 times or so, and whenever I just felt that crippling feeling of anxiety wandering into my conciousness from my souls darkest places, like you would face the devil right in front of you... I started to just wanting to end it. But for me it had a underlying reason that I didn't notice at first. When i noticed what was wrong and started to look into it further, it led me to the day when all of this f'd up **** finally came to an end. It was rapid. Like from one moment to another. So to anyone that is suffering, and when I say that I really know what it means to suffer from anxiety, please (!!!) don't give up. There will come a day when you will be healed and everything will be back to normal...
Don't worry brother, a lot of people are going or went through the same shit. You are not alone. We stand together in this
