I don't know why we are analyzing her in all these details. To me, the over experience of simply watching and listen to her is amazing. She is well beyond her years in her ability to deliver her songs in special ways.
GEM has one of the best singing voices i have ever heard. I recently started listening to her after hearing her sing Hallelujah at Christmas of 2018. From that point on i have been following her music. Favorite songs are I like you. Why. Two cover versions. If i were a boy. Marmalade. Personally i think she does a better version than the original artist. She is playing in Toronto at the Coca Cola Stadium on March 20th 2019. I am definitely interested in seeing her live. I am only familiar with the English language and i still listen to the songs i listed above even though she sings it in Cantonese. Thank you from Toronto. I love your voice.
i don't believe the audience's emotions are fake. this is an oldie and definitely a goodie. if you've ever heard a song that you used to love but completely forgot about for many years, i'm sure it will stir up emotions in your heart :) nostalgia and reminisce does that to the human brain.

Music is the greatest international language there is. I do not understand a word of Chinese and just the same her emotion is so strong that I can feel it. Lovely voice, will have to check up on her in the future. If you have not heard her rendition of "If I were a boy" check it out. Great performance!
I believe the reason she won are because she has a very good voice, a very pretty look. Plus, she is young and unmarry. These factors help her a lot in the voting. I can definitely see that she is saving her weapon "the high pitch" around the end of the competition. People complain that she didn't show enough emotion in her performance, but so far, I haven't seen a single competitor that really distinguish himself or herself.
As a singer, songwriter, composer and guitarist, I am moved emotionally by songs like this and one does not have to speak the language to feel the words and music. Amazing! Music is the greatest international language there is. I do not understand a word of Chinese and just the same her emotion is so strong that I can feel it. Lovely voice, will have to check up on her in the future. If you have not heard her rendition of "If I were a boy" check it out. Great performance!

I believe the reason she won are because she has a very good voice, a very pretty look. Plus, she is young and unmarry. These factors help her a lot in the voting. I can definitely see that she is saving her weapon "the high pitch" around the end of the competition. People complain that she didn't show enough emotion in her performance, but so far, I haven't seen a single competitor that really distinguish himself or herself.
