Thank you❤️❤️
Hmong, aka Miao, and Chinese have similar dowry cultures.
Even a 300k is not sufficient unless until u hv done or raised a daughter like you said bride price..daughters have no price ..no price can replace the daughter...
where is the next part?
Working...in progress 🥲
@@InspirLang all right . thank you ~
I was an Indian wedding in South India. They both exchanged dowry. So much gold! It was made in his home town! And they keep adding things to the necklace. I love the idea 😎
That's not dowry.. A specific Necklace called mangalsutra should be paid by groom and bride.. All over India except some maternal dominating tribes bride family has to pay dowry to groo.
It’s kind of funny, in the west (at least at one point 200-400 AD) the women would give the husband money to marry them. Crazy stuff how these things are different around the world.
Youwañ
I really hate dowry. I feel it is a deal killer. I remembered in the past my ex FZ in laws asking crazy amounts that I could not afford. They were crazy and I wanted to call it off. I felt they were too greedy. Now I don't want pay a lick. Not because I am cheap it is because financially it is a tough due to the economy and the financial pressures of being married.
