In the 2035 Los Angeles electric vehicles stalled in traffic congestion will have replaced gasoline vehicles stalled in traffic. EVs will just be worthless window dressing as far as the environmentalsts are concerned - it will be a feel good moment, until they realize all they did was to increase the cost of living in Los Angeles.
