Please, let Julia do the house tour ALONE. Your vids are my stress reliever and I find peace in Julia's soothing voice, I can't concentrate now that there's a co-host.
yeah it's a bit distracting especially when there are 2 or more people on the tour. Instead of focusing on the house, the attention diverts to the hosts alone
The "co-host" gave a masterclass in shallowness. It's like taking a giddy 11-year-old on a field trip except that there are 11-year-old's who could have contributed more with better insight. It totally ruined the usual elegant vibe that Julia gives out in giving us thoughtful house tours. Having the architect in the video was completely unnecessary as well. He does have a knack for stating the obvious like "the Creative Room was requested by the client (of course, who else?) because she's very creative and uses the room for her creativity". Hmm, okay then. But props to him for the overall design and clever use of space.
this tour is real messy😅 also, I find it weird the architect pulls inspo from jp architecture and minimalism but the house is anything BUT.
The co host should stop interrupting Julia when she is speaking, I'm really sorry to say this but she is distracting the house tour by laughing and being too loud.

Trish has a great personality that would fit a children's TV/online show. She's very bubbly. Her reactions are big and playful. For this kind of vlog, I just think it's too much. For someone like me who focuses on the house itself, I get distracted by the unnecessary banters and giggles. The house is really beautiful, though.

Are u leaving Presello? coz it's like ur training ur co host. Nothing compares to U. U are Presello and Presello is U. I think mababawasan ang viewers kapag nawala ka sa Presello. They can't even be at par with U. Distracting, loud and not as classy as U. Love U Julia
It’s so easy to hop on to the “hate train”. I know that we’re not used to this house tour template where Julia has a co-host, and that we have thoughts and feedbacks about it. But do we really need to be harsh and insensitive on our comments? I think that’s just cruel and down right an act of bullying. Saying sorry or stating a disclaimer before or after saying some harsh words doesn’t make what you say less hurtful. Why don’t we just be diplomatic and give objective feedbacks and insights to benefit this channel, the hosts and our viewing experience. To the co-host of Julia, i think you have improved compared to your first video. Keep at it. And by the way, I like this house.
I guess most are not coming from hate, but preference. Most of the viewers tend to watch Presello's videos because of the way Julia presents. They could easily watch other house tour channels, but they opt to watch Presello because of the calm and professional yet personable manner Julia is presenting. Adding a new, totally different personality changes the whole watching experience.
I agree with your point about preference. And you're right about the manner of how Julia presents. I just hope that some people can be kinder with their words. Unfortunayely, some of the comments I've read are coming off as attacks. Thank you for expressing your point of view. 🙂
House tour ang venue na ito hindi comedy bar... Eh sa mas nasasapawan naman kasi talaga ng pagiging malikot at maingay ng co-host kesa sa kagandahan ng bahay. Sa totoo lang naman kasi... Imagine imbis na yung bahay ang pinag uusapan, yung co-host ang laman ng comment section... Buti na nga lang magaling sumalo si Julia ng sitwasyon eh, pero sa sayang ang shoot na ito, nagkahiyaan nalang malamang... At hindi hate ang tawag dyan, reality... Uulitin ko sa totoo lang...

@@roddyiangaurano8then maybe you’re too sensitive. We’ve watched presello because of Julia’s vibe and calm demeanor. The co-host is too malikot. It’s just not coming across well. Julia has had other co-hosts and it’s gone well with the audience.

I’ve been watching this channel since the beginning.. but this whole Julia and Trish combination is distracting.
If I was the owner or developer I’d be livid. Trish is needs to be trained some more, what’s the deal with her? Is she related to the owners or some sort of nepo-baby? This is off-putting.
She might be a cool person but she’s all over the place. Her presence and lack of repartee comes across as unserious.
Is Julia training her replacement?

This House is one of the top tier.
Honestly, I didn't enjoy the house tour because the co-host was too distracting, making the whole thing a bit messier. Julia, you don't need a co-host; you can handle it alone and elegantly.
Trish and Julia complement each other perfectly, like Yin and Yang. Julia's calm demeanor and attention to technical details about the materials and features of the house are admirable. On the other hand, Trish brings a vibrant energy and warmth to the interaction, balancing the mood effortlessly. Love this duo! 💖
The house is reallly nice but i think Julia could have featured it more alone. The camera can’t even go in on some places. Kudos to the architect, just find the rooms a bit small for the size of the house.

Those lights are also called "Track Lights". They can slide on the tracks to be positioned where it's needed. The structure by the pool can also be called a pergola.
Oh Julia, i watch all your contents as i adore how excellent you present with so much eloquence and class. Hence, for the sake of all us subscribers and followers of ypurs, please disintegrate that lady with you as she is the exact opposite of yours with her limited expressions that borders on exaggeration ALL THE TIME!!!! Annoying is the minimal word that describes her as she is downright destructive in our viewing pleasure. Apologies Julia for the harshwords but please heed our pleadings.

Is trish.... a salesperson? Interior designer? We love julia bec she knows interior design stuff, like the materials used and their purposes. The things she says are very informative. We don't need nor want to hear the wows and oooh's and random giggles of the person hosting

been watching Presello for quite sometime already. I accidentally watched Julia and had been a fan since then. Presello is unique because of Julia, its classy and elegant. Props for Trish for keeping up but i think they should not be together.
IMO, having a co-host on these tours is distracting, of no purpose and is of no benefit at all. No offense to the co-host but Julia by herself is preferable.
I also find the giggling unprofessional.
She comes across like she’s auditioning for a gig at one of the variety shows.

Okay, so hindi lang pala ako yung di nagandahan na may co-host si Julia na nagpagulo lang ng presentation. I'm trying to absorb her co-host na parang enjoy vibe lang ng house tour vlog. But then, ang gulo talaga nya, nakakadistract. Mas okay sana if Julia alone nalang, para yung house talaga mapapansin hindi yung mga tao. Julia kasi is really like presenting the house to you e. Sana wala nang ganito, I guess they're also trying something new, like also yung magstay sa showroom and so on. That's good but this one, magulo talaga sorry. Julia alone is already superb. It's acceptable if yung kasama nya is the architect, owner, engr pwede pa. Nandun na kasi kami sa Julia standard alone na when it comes to Presello.
Yes this co-host brings a totally different vibe to show.
It feels like ..Someone who for the first time is in a house so luxurious that many people will never ever have a chance of visiting. Feeling like a princess. Energic. And even though she might have been in houses like this before her enthusiasm is still translated to an energic commentary. It is refeshing to see someone genuinely be so almost childlessly happy. I wish more people were like that. Instead of being grumpy and entitled and be like: been there, done that.
Furthermore I am in aw with Julia's social skills to be able to respect someone's character and level with her, just go with it and still be an amazing presenter and keep her own style. Correcting and explaining there where necessary.
Just imagine her doing the same with a client, it's probably how they want to be treated.
Preferably I would like to see Julia do the tours on her own, but is was also kinda fun to see her in a different dynamic.

Only for the Eagle Eyed subscribers -- the thumbnail was actually changed. First it was the new host, then this with Julia. The views were slow to peak-- due to the already stated 'reasons'.

I like the designer’s adventurism. But Julia is better off without a partner. Julia’s charismatic persona is diminished by the partner’s inane and trying hard comments .

Your motiff was Zen, it should reflects neutrality and must incorporate nature's beauty for the relaxing added atmosphere . Maturity & uniqueness should be the foremost objective of the architect and the interior designer . For me it looks like a contemporary design house rather than a Zen design .

Medyo OA po yung co-host and tawa lang tawa, yeah, omg lang yung paulit ulit kong naririnig sa kanya after niyang ma- Interrupt yung taong nag bibigay ng info sana. Miski nga yung archi na magsasalita sana ng info nabitin. Medyo rude lang yung ganun but it's only comment based on observation, not hate.
I stopped watching the second I saw the electrical wiring because it translated as “Not a safe neighborhood” simply not for me

This is the only tour, I didn't finish watching. Can't focus on the house nor get all what Julia was saying. The co-host's enthusiasm could have been a good mix if she's not over talking Julia. Ang gulo and likot ng tour na to.
