Forest Eye at Dalby Forest

With Forestry England and the Environment Agency we have planted a 300 metre forest in Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire in the shape of an eye. The purpose of this project is to engage and raise awareness of rebuilding and protecting our environment for future generations in the midst of the climate crisis.
Local school children joined us to plant 5000 trees - they will be able to use the what3words app to return for years to come to find their tree and watch it grow. This forest will grow and last for generations to come.
This is the first stage of a much larger project - The Forest of Humanity -which will see a forest planted in the shape of a child's face that will be 2km wide and will be visible from space!
