Hi Friends and RUclips Family,
In this video I will be using some stamps on tissue paper to add some beautiful details to some thrift store finds. Along with using some transfer on a couple of thrifted suitcases.

I use my IOD stamp brayer to roll on the backs of my stamps it works perfect every time. I also put a piece of saran wrap on my tissue paper or decoupaged paper and use my brayer to roll over it to make it smooth and no bubbles.

Just love the suitcases. Stamping on tissue paper seems much easier. I did find a turntable this summer. It’s small but works great. I’m loving using my turntable. Thanks for sharing.

Wow; loved loved loved the black suitcases. I would have hesitated over the wooden picnic basket; loved it as is. Really lovely work.
These are beautiful! IOD calls the “crackle” of a transfer “riding the wave” it increases the speed of transfer and you burnish it after so no worries about it not being completely applied! ❤️

"Libraire Leroy" is Leroy's bookshop, and Grenoble is the town where I live, in the Alps in France ! This transfer is all about addresses and locations. (Vosges is a region in the east of France
“Rue” means street in French. So when you see the word Rue with another word after it it’s an address.

Those cases are used for photos and artwork. We had those for our display photos on boards used for trade shows.

I started laughing when you talked about adding the “ O” to FARMHOUSE …. When I looked at the wording I couldn’t figure out why you wrote “farm use ? “. I didn’t see the “h”….😂😂 duh on my end ! LOL!!!
Those suitcases… the Antiquing Wax almost gives them a leather look ! LOVE THEM! You must have heard me saying “ separate the 2 words and put one below the other”…. Like you wouldn’t figure it out on your own…another duh on my end! LOL!!!

Pick a favorite? I absolutely loved all of them ! If you were going to twist my arm... I would have to pick the “Double Handled Picnic Basket”! This is only the second video of yours, I’m watching... But, l feel we’re long lost soul sisters! I’m such a lunatic perfectionist! However, I’m a professional pastry chef for 40 years, who specialized in Wedding Cakes! I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 1983, being a perfectionist is beaten into you! When you were talking about, how you always plan everything and don’t things willy-nilly, l found myself smiling from ear to ear! I don’t enjoy watching some RUclips crafters, saying things like: “Don’t worry about the inside, bottom or back, nobody’s going to see it!” Sometimes, l scream at the screen, “I WILL!” 😂🤣😂
Oh.. yes.. I believe we might be. FYI I use to decorate cakes in my way younger years.. Though I never did a wedding cake😉

I just ❤️ watching you and your techniques. Since I lost my husband of 28 yrs the 31st will be 4 yrs. I just seem like I can’t get anything done or started I have bought so much craft things to do. I’ve got to get in that room start a storing system going. I don’t have a cricket or anything like that. I would ❤️ to try those IOD stamps out sometime. Hi Yvonne....another awesome video❣️ I just enjoy watching you work so much....I really enjoy your channel and all the things you do! I watch you when I should be doing things myself🙈lol😂 I always learn something new🤓 quick tip for you....while your transfer is still attached to your backing sheet you can cut it apart ....for instance the top line had a lot of space between the two words...you used two lines and that totally worked bc those suitcases turned out awesome! Even as you go down the transfer you could cut apart to move smaller stuff together....just a suggestion....I’ve done it to move a line up if I just need a little more room to make something fit etc.....also if you have watched Cricut videos another tip to center your transfer is while backing is on fold in half and pinch the top and bottom to find center....then after you find center of suitcase you can lay it down with pinched parts on center line....hope they are good tips for you! Loved them all!! Great tip to know to use shellac before painting a basket, I've had issues with painting them white, now I know what to do. LOVE the suitcases, I have 2 very old ones that were my grandfather's and wanted to do a little something to make them an attractive part of my decor and that transfer is perfect, it doesn't really take away from the vintage look of the suitcases. I'm on the fence about altering them. And btw you can get the thin mount sheets or any IOD products from Jami Ray Vintage and there is no shipping on supplies except DIY brands.

I love these boxes. The farm animals are so cute on them.
I don't use the foam brushes in any of my items. Whatever glue they use to hold them together doesn't last and it's al.ost impossible to get all of your modpoge out of them. I can't afford to leave modpodge in my brush. It's to expensive to loose any !!

Absolutely love the stamping on tissue paper. Have you tried printing on tissue paper yet? I used my color laser printer for a image of a cute lamb was so happy how it came out.

I have always used the dollar trees sponges but about a year ago they changed and they are awful. I ordered some off Amazon another sign maker suggested and they are great.

I haven’t found much in picnic baskets. I don’t have a turntable, but I did take a lazy Susan and put a board on top of it and that really helps be able to paint all the sides

When you use the double sided tape on the stamps do you remove it each time after you stamp?
I actually leave it on the stamp so it will stay i the packaging better.. they were all following to the bottom
