TXT are the rookie grand slam winners of 2019 with most number of awards won by a rookie group in that year. They also charted on Billboard 200 with their debut Album. Their recent release, The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE, is the longest charting k-pop album of 2021 and highest rated K-Pop album of ALL TIME. Frost is a track from this album.

i think txt is up there as one of the best groups in kpop. their discography is no joke, their dance skills are literally top tier, their storyline is insanely good. and they're still pretty new, only debuted in 2019. they talk about real world issues and focus on dark themes (even when they are looking happy + cute)! great reaction as always, i'd love to see more txt in the future :D
Like BTS they also are rare that I like every single song on their albums (especially their latest) and they hit all sorts of genres. They also co write their music (and work with Bang PD, Pdogg etc the whole BigHit team) but unlike other kpop groups they have no assigned roles they all do everything. You’ll like Loser Lover their rock/punk song. Also RM co wrote a song with them “Lovesong:I know I love you” (and Jimin calls them the “babies” and all of BTS seem to be so proud of them). And now Yunjun payed it forward by co writing and rapping in an Enhypen song “Blockbuster” (really think you’d like this one) the jr group at Hybe they are friends and mentors of.
TXT's pressure for being 'BTS's juniors' actually works very well for them. Gets the best work out of them. I am sure in some time they will not have their name ties to BTS in any way. They will just be TXT with their own work. 🔥🔥
Yes, but it can also hurt them. People are constantly comparing TXT and BTS just because they came from the same company. Even though TXT is way younger than BTS. A lot of TXT haters hate txt simply because they came from BIGHIT.
I think you’d really like Jessi interviewing TXT on her talk-show “Showterview with Jessi” it’s a RUclips show. She is always hilarious on her show but this one in particular was really funny! If not for a RUclips reaction just watch it for yourself, you’ll enjoy it 🙃

They have Bang PD and all of the same amazing BIGHIT staff behind them - I’m ARMY and in my opinion they are the best 4th generation KPOP group by far - their catalog is also very impressive - each member is super multi-talented just like their Sunbaes, BTS - their universe intersects w the BTS Universe 😎💜

This is honestly one of my favorite songs ever. The mix of hip-hop elements with rock (2 of my favorite genres) was beautiful, & let's not even talk about that amazing chorus that hits you out of left field. The whole album is honestly just one of my favorites & cemented TXT's place on my 'Stan' list

Yeah TXT is a brother group to BTS and bts members actually treats them like actual brothers. Their interactions are just so cute, you should watch some. And txt hasn't been in the industry for that long as bts but their discography is just as great. All of their songs are awesome! You should check out some more

There is a storyline, 'The Star Seekers'. Hybe (BigHit) has created fictional universes for their groups, BTS, TXT & ENHYPEN. They're really complicated & confusing so not everyone want to try to figure them out. You don't have to know the storyline to enjoy the songs/mv's.

Alright so! Several things lol. First off, I definitely recommend 0X1=LOVESONG next, mostly because it’s my personal favorite but also because I think you’ll like the vocals on it. It’s got a very “youthful punk garageband” vibe to it that feels nostalgic to me.
Second, it’s important to note that a LOT of their earlier songs are much more playful, cutesy pop-CROWN, Cat & Dog, Blue Orangeade. I still love those styles but I know not everyone likes that aesthetic, so you may not like it as much as their later work, which is completely fine. Then it grows into a more “mysterious fantasy pop-rock” sound with songs like Run Away and Can’t You See Me (two of my favorites.) Just a heads up that not all their songs sound like this one.
Third, the Star Seekers is TXT’s fictional universe-some of their music videos reference it but not all of them are within the world. The world isn’t super defined just yet so there’s a lot of questions still unanswered and a lot of theories as to exactly what’s going on. I considered explaining some of it, but……..it’s hard to do so without turning it into an essay lol. Just know for now that a “magic island” shows up a LOT, and a lot of the lyrics directly reference the storyline, such as the line in this song about the island of chaos.

When they debuted their songs were cat hy but very teenage like. Magical....amazing vocals and videos but still very young sounding.
Recently they have totally changed their style and it's more dark but amazing songs. I am so proud of them for their growth. They are 5 very talented young men and I hope they go far.

You should check out their live performances. I'm telling you, I've never heard a kpop group or possibly any other performers that sing almost ENTIRELY live while doing the shit they do and sound so good. Their music spans all genres, too. You should check out Loser=Lover 'office attack' performance (they ran through the label office performing it seemingly without warning the employees, though I doubt they missed the cameras so that's probably not true, lol) .
I'm loving your reaction to this! TXT have songs with very different feel. I'd recommend reacting to Dear Sputnik (no MV sadly), and 0x1=Love Song. They just dropped the Japanese version MV for 0x1=Love Song today which is so beautiful, but hopefully you can watch both Korean and Japanese versions. Another recommendation would be Can't you see me? That song is so good too.

They are one of the versatile group I have ever seen and they also write and produce their songs not too much cause they are only like 2 years old group but they are the hardest working kpop idol I have ever seen all the kpop artist are hard working as hell but for me txt stood out cause they love their fans too much and this year they almost has 4 comeback and many new songs like ost and opening song on drama and animation they are busy as hell hope after coming Japanese comeback which is tomorrow or after some hours they will take rest

TXT are different in every comeback they debuted with pop, and 1st comeback was different and more mature, 2nd comeback was dark and 3rd comeback was bright and youthful with relatable lyrics and this recent comeback is like emo rock, rockish vibe of youth they are literally growing with us and their all vocals are so good and they has best and pure funny personality too

frost, specifically THAT chorus is what got me into txt. they have a smaller catalogue bc they only debuted in,, 2019 i think so it was really easy to get into them and listen to all their songs. i absolutely love them.
some people refer to them as bts' little brothers bc they're on the same label and younger than them but ik a lot of moa's don't like that bc they see it as undermining and like it implies txt is only popular bc of bts. which is understandable but personally i just see it as cute bc i still really love/appreciate txt for who they are and what they bring to the table. them being the "little brothers" is just bonus cute for me as a moarmy 🤷🏽♀️

I only have time to really stan BTS but TXT is my second favorite group, i'm so glad you are listening to them! their sound changes A LOT over time, you should listen to their albums in order so you can really appreciate their growth. these guys are really easy to fall for, even though i dont have time to watch all their contents and know them super well i still love them a lot and have most of their music on my playlists, watching them grow is really fun. they have a universe just like bangtan has a universe, but i don't know much about it. my favorite song by them is Ghosting, which is the opposite of Frost when it comes to vibes lol
