There are so many players named Osmanli, I wouldn't doubt the possibility that they may very well NOT be multi-accounts and its all a coincidence.
I am not sure whether you are being sarcastic or no but Osmanli is the Turkish name for the Othomanian , the name is rooted from Othmans , the great Islamic empire which has a lot of meaning on Muslims and Arabs

A few months ago, I played a game where about 5 or 6 players shared one name. I forgot the name. But that had not been a name that's obviously common, like osman or canada or whatever. I would suggest that, in every game, name sharing shall be prohibited, if it's just coincidence or intentionally double account.

I was in your game a couple days ago, we spawned on each other in caucasia bottom right corner of map. i messed up my opener badly. i missed my queues so you ended up getting more land than I did and i ended up getting rekt by guy who spawned deeper in the corner. just wanted you to know, you only beat me because i messed up my opener. you got lucky good sir lol
