Super sweaty! But not too terribly challenging. The star jump was the most tough, but I loved the side crunch to lateral leg-lift (don’t know what you’d call it. Also LOVE kicks & when I can do a leg lift across my midline like the last move. AND grapevines! Lol I guess I had a lot of fun with this. Literally dripping with sweat. Thank you for this!

This is an awesome workout. Is there no limit to the new heights/depths of intensity Eleni can lead us into? My most sincere appreciation. This is a keeper workout. Everything I tell myself I want in a standing workout: knee and disc (back) friendly, challenges & builds endurance (aerobic & overall), challenges & builds mental stamina without being overly gung-ho (as in I can't do this yet, but rather, I CAN do this!) ... I could go on but I hope I've made it obvious. If you're browsing RUclips looking for an excellent workout: HERE IT IS. You won't regret it.
