- Special request from the Mr. to check out this song. Both of us have been absolutely blown away by El Estepario Siberiano's drumming videos. And we were excited to hear he has a new band. This song is a certified banger, and I just know we will be getting some good songs from these guys in the future. What were your thoughts on this song?

Hi, I love this song. Peter and Cris has a jazz band called Valmuz. All of them are fantastic musicians with a great formation. They lives in Spain, Jorge, the drummer lives in Valencia and Peter and Cris lives in Almeria.

El Estepario is spanish and so do I. Im so fucking proud!!!! Sorry if looks like his my cousin or so.... I met this guy in summer 23 just the day before Rammstein concert in Madrid and you cannot imagine how polite and nice guy he is ( I paid the lunch by the way). I just cant wait for the next song. I'm absolutely amped.

The most impressive thing on his drumming videos for me has been his sense of rhythm, syncopation and musicality, even when clearly overplaying it is very pleasant and conveys feeling across, something I rarely see when others are trying to speed drum for the sake of speed, with him the music is always first, and here it shows.
Completely agree. He posted yesterday that their next video should be released next week. I’m so looking forward to seeing what’s next.

As a Spaniard, like El Estepario Siberiano (real name Jorge) I am proud of him. He has shown us these years on YT that he is one of the best drummers in the world, but he doesn't believe it. The humility of this guy is incredible, he even recognizes that this song was composed by Peter. And we have also seen how the three members of the band have exactly the same role in the video, although he is the best known and the founder of the band. He is giving us lessons in humility, but also in never stop believing in our dreams by working hard, day after day. As he says, he does not believe in talent, but in effort.
"I don't have talent, I wasn't born with a special genetic structure that makes me play the drums well, but I've been practicing eight hours a day for years, long before appearing on YT. And that's the key"
And, as you say, referring to people like you, to the community of reactors in their videos, is something I have never seen in another band or solo singer, literally no one has done it.
Honestly incredible. I hope they do very well and I hope to see them play live.
A little about me. I love "almost" all metal and hard rock but because of my age, now 54 years old, I grew up in the 80s and 90s and most of my favorite songs are there. I don't like to put labels like nu metal, black metal, glam metal or any other because there are always discussions about where one begins, where another ends, etc. I recently read that there are 72 subgenres of metal. It's crazy!!
My personal labels are only two: I like it or I don't like it. So easy.

I really like how this isn’t some drumming expo but rather a banging rock song. The instruments and vocals went hard here. I think we were all waiting for some sick drum fills or solo but it was kind of restrained. I’m liking their sound and the singer has a really nice voice for this style. So far so good.
I loved it first time and it is sill growing on me with every listen.
Genres and influences apart I just feel like it is good music, it's class, it's tastefull.
Also it feels like I can listen to this in every mood and that doesn't happen to me often.

Great first song and I love the fact El Estepario has found two such great musicians to work with. I also like the fact he pulled back the drumming in line with the song need. If you watch his independent material and have any drumming aspirations you’ll know just how amazing he is.

yes he is a savage world class percussionist he has total independence can plat many different beats at the same time is crazy and dude puts in the work and the time 10 hrs a day

I loved it! It was moody and intense with great dynamics, smooth vocals with an edge, technically clean and a gutsy bass. The video production was relatively simple, but showcased the music and the guys. Jorge (EES) is a seasoned professional working with bands and video so is well aware of the difference between doing a video highlighting drums versus blending with a group. He's crazy smart with his use of social media to spread his drumming and music and has built a well deserved following. I'm looking forward to more!
