I actually work at Lang trailers as an electrician and one thing about maintenance I didn’t hear is electrical maintenance. Now I don’t recommend going and messing with your trailer wiring at all but we do label are wiring that way it is serviceable to you and you don’t have to worry about sending your trailer back for maintenance.

Thanks. My program is RentMaster. Goodshuffle pro is good too. I knew the previous owners of the property defaulted. They just left, so the new owners didn’t own it, were just using it. So I tracked it down from collection agency to collection agency.

We would charge card. Fortunately, nothing like that has happened.
Most people are not animals and we mostly do weddings, so they might be drunk but not like people at a concert or festival.

Question about this since i don't believe it was brought up during the video. What's insurance like? Is there any sort of insurance you need to get in order to prevent being sued if someone were to trip and fall while going up or down the stairs of these trailers? Im from California. Is there a website where we could find this sort of information ?
Everyone should have general liability insurance n any business. That would cover this scenario

My only concern is I have a Tacoma and I don’t think it would be able to pull any especially with a full water tank!

What is the typical rent cost per day for a 5 toilet 2 urinal trailer?
varies across the county. id get around 1600-1800, but someone in long island would get about 2500.

How many stalls/urinals you recommend for a event of 400 guest. In the video he states taht the waste tank wont get overflown ?
8 stall for a wedding/private event. if this is a concert or something like that id go 10-12. so in a wedding/private event, you wont overfill the tank. a bunch of drunks at a convert, you might.

There’s a few people who try to make a website and bad or defaulting customers, however, I don’t think any of them have gotten big enough to matter
