To be honest there are some inconsistencies here. First of all, Frieza is 1/3 of the game, there are other 2 massive sections of the game to finish, before the credits. Second, there is no way to collect all the orbs, simply because they respawn after you zone out and back in into an area. This is how you farm orbs when you really need them, but you get plenty just by running around the map doing missions and killing random encounters enemies. Last but not least, soul emblems are useless, since you just need 2 or 3 community boards at best (one for training while you did not complete the game yet, the other can be anything depending on your playstyle; cooking is useles after level 50 since the bonuses from full course meal and time needed to grind materials is not worth anymore for the little points extra you get on your health or other stats); once you finish the game, and you are close to level 80 or so, collecting extra soul emblems really doesn't do much. What this game need is something to do to be honest; once you are done with fights; the open world is a waste of repetitive activities that does nothing, unless you want to get to 100% complete. You can play other open world games for quite a lot once you finish the main story; but with this one, once done you can just put it aside until a new update is out.
@Toasty I just discovered that you can insta-win while using the boost and hitting enemies on the map. That reduce the tedious a bit; but still the fights are something that range from spam-fest-of-supermoves to like-the-anime.
I wish filling the encyclopedia to 100% was an achievement. Honestly wouldve given me more a reason to keep playing. I came here to see if there was something i didnt know, unfortunately this video doesnt apply, i homestly thought it would go into super cause its cannon but i guess its on either dlc or the sequel to this game

finished game and got platinum and reached lvl 250(level cap for now i guess) and maxed out all the community board and also maxed out all characters skills and stuff in my ps4 Took me 62 hrs in total including me roaming around confused since i started this game Ask me anything u guys have in ur mind about lvling or anything u have doubts about Peace!

@@LuhZay3 if you get the DLC, getting to 250 is easy. Just do Whis' max training and you get a bunch of waters that increase your level. I went from level 130 with Goku and Vegeta to 250 in a couple of hours.

The issue that I'm having with this game is that I had to restart over to do the sub missions and after I completed the game there's another submission that I can't complete this is frustrating because I don't know what character need to do this submission I went all through Piccolo Trunks Vegeta all the main characters for that sub mission and I can't even do it and also the time machine is not working
You should be able to see what character the mission is related to in the menu under story and highlight the mission for details. What is the quest called?

Well, I had finished the game 97% by the time I hit 60 hours or so, but 1 achievement is still unlockable for me. It's the 100 D Medals which is very easy to do. I have as of now 249 d medals collected across all game areas. How come I didn't get the 100 medals achievement? Ok, the savegame is bugged for some reason. I also never experienced no other bugs that people were talking about like not finding the dragon balls or being stuck on a Bulma quest in Namek and then some other Bulma quest during the Android Saga. The game was going pretty awesomely well. I then realised that it had stopped at 97% completition for days and went on to see what I was missing and it turns out it's this goddamn achievement. Now, do I start a new game and do it all over just to get this achievement, presuming it won't bug again? I mean, I'm a huge fan and I loved the game. Loved it so much I even pre-ordered it. But let's be honest, the game doesn't offer a lot of replay value. In fact, since you can continue going strong after end-game, I'd say the game doesn't have ANY replay value whatsoever. Did anyone found a way around this? Or do you guys recommend I start a new game just for this achievement?
I'm not sure if you got ur answer but the d medals u have u didn't pick up they were given as rewards. Just fly around and pick some up, u should be done in no time.
Alex Acuna you're probably seeing the level ups of your other lower level characters. Krillin Tien and Yamcha are always leveling up in the background while I have Gohan Vegeta and Goku as my party. Eat a super deluxe full course meat meal to get some experience boost and that should help
I want to ask something if you finish beating dragon ball z kakarot, can you freely play the game like open world and defeat any enemy? And what if i defeated all enemy will it spawn out of nowhere or you got nothing to do?
Fighting gotenks and vegito was ez( i had vegito on my team and gohan and was lvl 79 on all of them lol) Edit: FIGHTING MIRA WITH VEGITO WAS SO EZ (i only used vegito when mira was at x2 health bar and i didnt use any health potions etc... to heal my self to beat vegito, gotenks or mira)

best way to level soul emblems is to find the dragonballs and wish for items. You should do this as much as possible during intermission
the movement and style remind of playstation 2 era with just better graphics and more access to a bigger sandbox.

The time machine will be free dlc it isn't out yet I think
The first free update they are adding the ability to use the time machine to go back and do sub stories you may have missed
