I love the new glass cork stoppers that have been showing up on some newer stuff the last year or two. I have some rums and whisky with them. The new Impex bottling of 25 year Springbank just landed in Cali.
Cool & interesting review...I like the mention of intermediate ages guesses...and your take on the PX cask type influence. And yeah, definitively for me, producers/IBs please bring on more glass & silicon stoppers to help us (especially people like me in a problematic storage place temperature/moisture wise) keep our collection safe ! This is so stupid. Why don't these guys get more attention?! Ive just binged alot of their videos, and all their content is amazing. A large majority of the whiskeys that are tasted are absolutely mind boggling. Almost as if I am looking into the maw of Chthulu himself. I'm legit angry...
